Another reason to not re-elect Amy Klobuchar; her new anti-internet Bill S.97

Just another reason not to re-elect Sen. Klobuchar; with millions of Americans unemployeed, we are suffering the worst recesssion in 80 years, fighting 2 major wars but what does Amy Klobuhcar do she sponsors legialation turn innocent internet user's into felons and place them in jail! Klobuchar's Bill is very  dangerous. On the narrow point of whether content creators would be criminalized for posting copyrighted work, or whether the sites themselves would bear the brunt of the law! We have to beleive co-sponsor of S.978, Chris Coons, stated flatly that both “individuals and sites providing the streamed content” would be subject to felony prosecution.

The other problem is that the entire bill is pretty suspect. It adds another gateway on the Net and allows copyright holders to bully both content creators and the audience to block access. Web services like YouTube would find it almost impossible to operate in such a constrained environment.
